5 Cheese Mac Pizza

We wanted to make a fun comfort food food pizza for this summer that the whole family would enjoy. Dennis went to work in the Mahtomedi pizzeria kitchen like a mad brilliant pizza scientist and bam! The 5 Cheese Mac was created. We use combination of locally sourced house grated Colby, Cheddar, Parmesan, Mozzarella, and Monterey Jack cheese mixed with fresh cooked macaroni pasta. We add that to our signature QC style crust that has been smothered in garlic butter sauce. We then top this masterpiece off with finely crushed Ritz crackers and bake it to perfection add fresh flat leaf parsley. From our oven to you hands, hot & delicious.
